The Serap Lee Foundation is proud to be continuously supporting Shree Chakra Devi Primary School, located in Dhulikhel, Nagar Palika 1, Pakucha, Nepal. This project is a testament to our commitment to transforming the lives of children in poor and remote areas by providing them with access to safe, quality education.

The Challenge

Shree Chakra Devi Primary School was severely damaged during the devastating earthquake, leaving its infrastructure in ruins. For years, children were forced to study in makeshift bamboo shelters, facing immense challenges due to the unsafe and inadequate learning environment. The lack of proper facilities threatened their ability to learn and grow, putting their futures at risk.

Our Intervention

Determined to make a difference, the Serap Lee Foundation stepped in to rebuild the school from the ground up. Our efforts focused on creating a safe, modern, and conducive learning environment for the students. The new school building is equipped with all necessary facilities, ensuring that children no longer have to study in unsafe conditions.

In addition to the physical infrastructure, we provided essential school supplies, including textbooks, notebooks, uniforms, and learning materials, to ensure that students have everything they need to thrive academically.
