On December 15, 2022, Serap Jangbu Sherpa, in collaboration with the Korean Teacher Education Workers Union Chungnam Team, visited Shree Jana Prabhat Primary School, located in Mandandeupur Nagarpalika – 3, Naya Gau, Kavre. This visit followed the COVID-19 pandemic and was conducted to monitor the progress of a construction project funded by their generous donation.

The donated funds were allocated for the construction of a second floor in one of the school buildings. This newly built section includes three additional classrooms, two toilets, and a shower facility. Prior to this development, the school had only one toilet located outside the building, which posed a significant challenge for the students. The new sanitary facilities aim to improve hygiene and create a more comfortable learning environment.

As part of their visit, Serap Jangbu Sherpa and the Korean Teacher Education Workers Union Chungnam Team formally handed over the completed second-floor building to the school authorities in a special ceremony. The team also stayed for two days, engaging with students and faculty while distributing school stationery and essential learning materials.

Additionally, on January 20, 2020, a formal handover ceremony was conducted to officially transfer the newly constructed building to the school administration. This initiative reflects the commitment of Serap Jangbu Sherpa and the Korean Teacher Education Workers Union Chungnam Team towards improving educational infrastructure and enhancing the learning experience for young students in the region.
