On January 20, 2020, renowned philanthropist Serap Jangbu Sherpa, in collaboration with the Korean Teacher Education Workers Union Chungnam Team, visited Shree Jana Prabhat Primary School in Mandandeupur Municipality-3, Naya Gaun, Kavre. The visit marked a significant milestone in their ongoing commitment to supporting education in rural Nepal.

This visit was particularly special as it was the second time Serap Jangbu Sherpa and the donor team had come to the school, following their generous contribution towards the construction of a second-floor building. The new structure was built to provide better educational facilities and a more comfortable learning environment for the students.

During their stay, which lasted two days, the team officially handed over the newly constructed second floor to the school administration in a formal ceremony. The event was attended by local officials, school representatives, teachers, and students who expressed their gratitude for the invaluable support.

In addition to the building handover, Serap Jangbu Sherpa and the Korean Teacher Education Workers Union Chungnam Team also distributed essential school supplies and educational materials to the students.
